Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, please email us at florisecosmetics@gmail.com or contact us online within 24 hours of placing your order. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation.

If you do not receive a reply within 48 hours, please check your spam folder. For any order changes or cancellations, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Refund Method

Our default refund method is Florise Cosmetics Credit, which can be used toward future purchases at Florise Cosmetics. Florise Cosmetics Credit is usually issued within 7 days after your return has been processed.

If you prefer a refund via a specific payment method, we are happy to accommodate this request. Simply inform our Customer Service Team when submitting your return request. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. If a Gift Card was used, the refund will be issued as another Gift Card.
