Returns & Exchanges Policy
- Due to the special nature and hygiene requirements of cosmetics, we do not accept returns of opened or used products for non-quality reasons.
- For all bundle or set purchases, individual items cannot be returned separately for a refund. To request a refund, the entire bundle/set must be returned, including any free gifts that came with it. Exchanges are not accepted for bundles or sets.
- Any free gift received with your purchase must also be returned if you wish to return the corresponding order.
- Sale or promotional items, as well as products purchased with a coupon or promo code, are not eligible for return or exchange.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and provide relevant photos and/or videos for verification. Please return the defective or incorrect items within one week and provide the tracking number. Please note that we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for damage caused by personal misuse. Thank you for your understanding.
Inspection & Refunds
All returned products will be inspected for quality and hygiene. If items are found to be opened or used (and not defective), we will be unable to provide an exchange, refund, or store credit.
If we confirm that your returned items are defective or incorrect, we will gladly refund the return shipping cost to you in Florise Cosmetics Credit. Return shipping costs cannot be refunded for unwanted items or change-of-mind returns. If you have any special circumstances, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Policy Abuse
At Florise Cosmetics, we always do our very best to assist with return requests. However, in cases of frequent returns or suspected abuse of our policies, Florise Cosmetics’ decision regarding return and exchange requests will be final.
