Returns Policy

1. Due to the special nature and hygiene of cosmetics, we do not accept returns for opened/used products for non-quality reasons.

2. For all bundle/set purchases, individual products cannot be returned separately for a refund. If you request a refund, all items of the bundle/set must be returned (including free gifts). And exchanges are not accepted for bundle/set.

3. For any free gift with purchase, they must also be returned if you want to return your order.

4. Sale or promotional items, as well as products bought using a coupon or promotional code, are not eligible for return.

5. For defective or incorrect items, please contact us immediately and provide relevant photos and videos.

Please return the defective or incorrect items within one week and provide the tracking number.

Please note that we are unable to offer returns or exchanges if the damage is caused by personal reasons. Thank you for your understanding.

Upon return, products will be inspected for quality control and hygiene. If opened or used, we cannot provide an exchange or store credit.

If we find that your returned items are defective, we will gladly refund the return shipping cost to you in Florise Cosmetics Credit. However, we will not be able to arrange return shipping refunds for unwanted items. If you have any special circumstances, please contact us, and we will assist you promptly.

At Florise Cosmetics, we do our very best to assist with return requests. However, in cases of frequent returns or suspected abuse of our policies, Florise Cosmetics’ decision regarding return requests will be final.
